Revision Policy
We offer revisions based on the following conditions:
- Revisions must remain within the scope of the original order.
- Requests outside the initial requirements may result in additional charges.
- The number of revisions included depends on the selected service package.
Refund Policy
Change of Mind
- A full refund may be issued if the project has not yet been started or assigned.
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.
- No refunds will be issued once deliverables have been shared and revisions have started; however, clients are encouraged to discuss concerns with their project manager.
Service Quality Concerns
- Refunds may be considered if the final deliverable significantly deviates from agreed requirements due to internal errors.
- In such cases, we provide unlimited revisions and up to three team reassignments before proceeding with any refund decision.
Late Delivery
- Our standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days.
- If delays occur due to our fault on three separate occasions, you may request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted before project completion.
- Requests made after completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering prior approvals and communication history.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for minor issues such as:
- Typographical or grammatical errors (covered under revisions)
- Minor word count differences or formatting preferences
In such cases, a partial refund or service credit may be offered.
Intellectual Property
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have the legal rights to all materials provided. Universal Book Publishers is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims related to client-submitted content.
Confidentiality
